1. Product Prices and shipping costs
The final prices of the Products as indicated on the Web ("Prices") may differ depending on the destination country selected by the Customer. Except for transcription errors, the prices are those indicated for each Product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Prices indicated on the Web include value added tax (VAT) and / or any other applicable taxes, in those territories belonging to the European Union and the United Kingdom. For those countries not belonging to the European Union, as well as for the territories of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the indicated prices do not include VAT or the corresponding tax. However, the Prices indicated on the Web do not include, in any case, the shipping costs that, where appropriate, may be derived from the shipping method selected for receiving the Product.
The Company reserves the right to revise and / or modify the Prices at any time. The Client will acquire the Products at the Prices that appear on the Web at the time of purchase.
Except for transcription errors, prices will not be modified once the purchase has been confirmed by the Company.
2. Shipping methods and shipping costs
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, the destination selected by the Customer for receiving the Products, as well as the type, weight and other characteristics of the Products.
The shipping costs that the Customer must pay will be those indicated on the Web for each selected Product or, in the case of making a purchase of several Products, those indicated at the end of the purchase process.
The taxes applicable to shipping costs will be the same as those applicable, in accordance with the applicable regulations in force, to the main purchase and sale operation.
The Customer may choose between different shipping methods (Standard Shipping, Express shipping) whose availability will vary depending on the place of reception of the Product selected by the Customer.
CONDITIONS THAT MAY CAUSE A RETURN
1. If the product does not satisfy you
You can change or request a refund of the amount if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and condition.
The deadline to make a product change is 15 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
The transport costs that must be paid when making a change are detailed below.
If the change comes from the Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, it will be subject to the following conditions:
- If the original order was less than 50 euros, the amount to be paid will be 9 euros. *
- If the original order was more than 50 euros, the amount to be paid will be 12 euros. *
If you come from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Cyprus, Azores, Madeira, Croatia-Islands, Malta or from other countries outside the European Union: consult.
If the change comes from a member country of the European Union or the United Kingdom (except the above): consult.
Amount refund conditions
Spain / Portugal
Expenses arising from transportation, and which will not be reimbursed, will be subject to the following conditions:
For orders sent to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands:
- If the original order was less than 50 euros, the amount to be subtracted when making the refund will be 12 euros. *
- If the original order was more than 50 euros, the amount to be subtracted will be 15 euros. *
* The amounts indicated include the cost of shipping the order to the customer's address and the cost of return shipping to our headquarters.

European Union and United Kingdom
For orders sent to the European Union or the United Kingdom (except the territories mentioned above): Consult.
Countries outside the European Union **: consult.
** For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union, customs costs that may have originated will not be reimbursed either.
2. If upon receiving the product it has defects
Once Xraids Experience has received the defective product, it will send you a new one. In this case, the change will always be made by the same article or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced, with Xraids Experience taking care of the freight corresponding to the recovery of the defective item and the shipment of the correct item.
The maximum term to request the exchange of the defective article is 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
3. If the product does not correspond to the order placed
Xraids Experience will bear all costs. Both collection of the wrong product and the delivery costs of the correct order.
IMPORTANT! Xraids Experience will not re-send merchandise until receipt of the item being returned or exchanged at our warehouses has been verified, as well as the condition of the packaging and its accessories.
